We understand returns are sometimes necessary and so we aim to make the process as easy as possible for you.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund, provided it is within 15 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new in the original product packaging. Once initiated, the return must be sent back to Switchback Cycling within 7 days of the request being made. There is no restocking fee for returns. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items which are not in saleable condition.
You can expect to receive your refund within 2-5 business days of sending your item(s) back to us.
RETAIL RETURNS
Returns are only accepted for online purchases made directly from Switchbackcycling.shop. We are unable to accept online returns purchased from third-party retailers. If you have purchased from a third-party retailer, you should return the product directly to the location where it was purchased.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to make an exchange for a different size, please place a new order and return the exchanged item for a refund following our Return & Refund Policy. This will help us get the exchange to you quicker.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To make a return, log in to your customer account and follow the instructions. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to use. If possible, you can reuse the original shipping package, otherwise you will need to purchase a separate shipping package.
